Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander Netball Coaching Day

Netball NSW and Netball Australia, in partnership with Western Sydney University, will be organising a Netball Foundation (introductory) Coaching and Leadership day for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community leaders. Netball NSW would like to invite applications from anyone who is currently supporting netball within their community or would be interested in starting a netball program, to attend a one day course and become a Netball Australia Foundation Accredited Coach. The day will also include the opportunity to learn about other areas such as health, leadership and the netball pathways.

Individuals will need to arrange their own travel, however the cost of course fees and catering during the event will be covered.

Date: Sunday August 6, 2017
Venue: Genea Netball Centre, 2 Olympic Boulevard, NSW 2127
Time: 8.30am-4.30pm
Cost: Free (including food and refreshments throughout the day)
Age: Participants are required to be 14 years and over to apply

Netball NSW will require applications by midnight Friday 30 June 2017.
