Netball NSW is intent on working collaboratively and efficiently with the media to ensure members and supporters are exposed to and able to access accurate and relevant Club-related content across as many forms of traditional and emerging media platforms as possible.

Media Release distribution list
Any media outlet, journalist or contributor looking to be added to a Netball NSW media release distribution list should send an email to: [email protected]
Please note: There are a number of Netball NSW distribution lists depending on your needs i.e. general, grassroots and or competition based information.

NSW State Teams, State Competitions and all other competitions and events run by Netball NSW media accreditation
Netball NSW manages a large number of competitions and events each calendar year. Those seeking media accreditation, access or information pertaining to a competition or event run directly by Netball NSW should contact the Netball NSW Communications and Media Department (contact details above).

National Teams, Australian National League and National Championships media accreditation
Netball Australia manages official media accreditation for all National competitions including the Australian Diamonds, Australian National League (ANL) and Australian National Championships. Australian media outlets seeking to obtain accreditation should contact the Netball Australia Media Department on +613 8621 8600.

Netball NSW Photography Policy
Photographers, both amateur and professional, looking to cover a competition or event run by Netball NSW should contact the Netball NSW Communications and Media Department (contact details above) in advance of this event to obtain the appropriate accreditation.

Use of Netball NSW intellectual property (IP), images and footage
Netball NSW owns all Netball NSW logos and other intellectual property associated with the State’s governing body. All logo/image/footage requests featuring Netball NSW IP should be directed to the Netball NSW Communications and Media Department (contact details above).

Netball NSW online digital media properties are managed by the Netball NSW Communications and Media Department. is the official website for Netball NSW and operates as a service its Members and the wider community.
Within sits NetballNSWTV, the Organisation’s official online video platform. NetballNSWTV content is also available via the Organisation’s YouTube account. Netball NSW has an online social media presence, including its official Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Netball NSW Publications
Netball NSW produces a series of publications throughout the year for Netball NSW run competitions and events such as; State Age Championships, State Championships and Masters.

Requests from students, of all ages
Where possible, Netball NSW will endeavour to assist students upon receiving relevant study-related interview requests with players, coaching staff, officials or personnel.
However, due to media demands and other commitments placed on their time, it may not be possible to fulfil all requests received.
