Week in, week out across the State – whether braving the cold weather throughout Winter or enjoying Summer nights during twilight competitions – netballers are taking the court to have fun and do their best.
And whatever level you play – Club, School, Association, or with an Academy Netball Program – there is no better way to improve your own game then by watching the best netballers on court during the World’s premier domestic netball competition: the ANZ Championship.
In his debut season as Head Coach, Rob Wright will lead a talented NSW Swifts playing group in 2014 featuring Australian Diamonds, experienced ANZ Championship campaigners and promising up-and-coming talent.
The 2014 ANZ Championship will see the NSW Swifts take on the best netballers from across Australia and New Zealand from March to June, and you can be there to stand behind your team and cheer them home.
The Club this week unveiled its 2014 Membership Packages for the forthcoming ANZ Championship season, with memberships on sale from 9am AEST, Monday 23 September, 2013.
Back for her seventh ANZ Championship, NSW Swifts goal shooter Susan Pratley is already counting the days until the start of the new season.
“I’ve been a NSW Swift since the franchise formed and it’s unbelievable to see just how much our membership has grown during this time… each season we keep breaking our previous record,” said Pratley.
“This support means so much to the playing group and our members are an essential part of the Swifts family.”
“I speak from experience when I say the atmosphere created by our members on game days is second to none. To look up into the RED ZONE which is full of passionate members cheering us on, gives us a further boost to do our best and it’s an honour to represent them.”
“I, along with the entire playing group am so proud to be a Swift and I can’t wait for the 2014 season to begin,” concluded Pratley.
A game day at the NSW Swifts is a great day out and amazing value for money. It’s a complete event experience from the moment you arrive at the venue, with non-stop action on court, the Swifts Styling Station, Kids’ Zone, and much more.
