As the netball community prepares for a massive 2013 season, Bathurst Netball has more reason to be excited with the Association unveiling their new clubhouse at the John Matthews Sports Complex.

The unveiling sees the end of nearly two years of hard work and heartbreak over the project, with Bathurst Mayor Monica Morse handing the keys over to Association President Jodi Pollard on Saturday 5 January.
A joint project between Bathurst Netball Association and Bathurst Regional Council, work began on the clubhouse in 2011 with a new building finished in May last year. However a fire only a couple weeks later destroyed the entire top floor and the project had to begin again.
The Grand Opening of the new clubhouse will be held on the Associations’ registration day on Saturday 16 March; however locals will get first taste of the new digs when Bathurst hosts a Netball NSW School Holidays Clinic next week on Thursday 24 January – registrations close 5pm today!
Congratulations to Bathurst Netball on your new clubhouse and best of luck for the 2013 season.
