The 2015 Far North Coast Regional State League competition will conclude this Sunday 26 April at Goonellabah Indoor Courts to decide who will take this year’s title.
The five participating teams will play the final two regular rounds, before the top two teams advance to the Grand Final to decide the 2015 Champion.
After the first three rounds were contested last month (Sunday 15 March), Lismore leads the competition having yet to drop a game this season with three straight wins. They lead defending Champions Grafton in second place, who fell to the competition leaders by six goals, 29-35, in Round 2, while Casino rounds out the Top 3.
Whoever wins the Far North Coast Regional State League Champions title will then be invited to participate in the 2015 Inter-Regional State League competition, to be contested at Netball Central from 26-27 September.
The 2015 GrainCorp Inter-Regional State League will pit Division 1 Champions (or representatives) from each region to contest a round-robin style tournament before playing out a Finals Series to determine the 2015 Inter-Regional Champion.
Not only with the players be tested in their quest to claim the 2015 Champions title, the umpires overseeing the matches will receive real-time mentoring from the Netball NSW Regional Allocations panel, with possible emerging umpires recognised for their hard-work and dedication with National Accreditation awards.
Good luck to all participating players, coaches, umpires, and spectators cheering loudly from the sidelines!
