The NNSW Blues get their campaign underway on Saturday 12 July at the Anne Clark Centre – click here for more details – and Halpin is excited to play in front of a home crowd.

“Having the home crowd behind you and having everyone cheer you along, there’s nothing better,” Halpin said.

“We’re looking really strong and fit, we’ve had some match play under our belt, which is great… and [preparations are] coming along really well.”
