The Australian Diamonds have landed in Invercargill ready to take on the New Zealand Silver Ferns when the two rivals contest for the 2013 Constellation Cup, starting this Sunday 15 September at Stadium Southland Velodrome.

Three NSW representatives will pull on the Green & Gold when they step out for the national anthems, with Erin Bell and Kimberley Ravaillion joining NSW Swift Kimberlee Green in what could be her 50th international appearance should she take the court.

The Swifts co-captain, who will also Vice-Captain the National side for the Malawi series in October, is currently sitting on 49 test caps after withdrawing from the 2012 international series with injury.

Green will also be joined on court by 2014 teammates Sharni Layton and Caitlin Thwaites, giving Swifts fans a taste of what they can expect from the trio in the 2014 ANZ Championship season.

Netball fans who can’t make it to New Zealand for the game don’t have to miss out on a second of the action, with FOX SPORTS and SBS broadcasting the match LIVE from 5.00pm.

The Diamonds will play two matches in New Zealand before the trans-Tasman rivals head back to Australia for a further three games in Adelaide, Melbourne and Canberra as part of the National Capital’s Centenary Celebrations.

NSW fans will then have the opportunity to see their favourite Aussie netballers in action at the WIN Entertainment Centre in Wollongong when the Diamonds take on the Malawi Queens for the first of two-test series.

NSW Swifts rising star Paige Hadley could make a fairytale national debut when she takes her place in the team for the Malawi Series in Wollongong, alongside veteran defender Demelza McCloud.

Netball fans can secure the seats by heading to Ticketek to purchase tickets to the international: www.ticketek.com.au.
