Anne Clarke Centre to host Dare to Develop a Diamond course

Netball NSW will host a Dare to Develop a Diamond 14-16 year-old coaching course at the Anne Clarke Centre on Sunday 1st September.

Open to all coaches, from ANZNetSetGO! to retainment, Dare to Develop a Diamond is a ground-breaking new initiative from Netball Australia and was devised to assist coaches in helping athletes reach their potential.

The course to be held on Sunday 1st September is targeted at coaches of 14-16 year-old athletes and is based around three core component;

  • Physical Preparation
  • Athlete Wellbeing; and
  • Special Technical and Tactical Skill Development work which can be done in a “home” program

This Netball NSW run course will provide attending coaches with not only the theory, but the tools to express these theories in actual practical training activities.

In addition to expert training, course participants will leave with a comprehensive manual to help implement these newly learnt techniques, plus post-course support.

This four hour course runs from 9:00am until 1:00pm, with registration at 8:30am.
