2016 One Netball Community Awards now open

Do you know a Club, Association or individual who is actively making a difference in the netball community? Nominate them now for the One Netball Community Awards, brought to you by Netball Australia and Australia Post!

The Australia Post One Netball Community Awards will highlight, recognise and reward the champions of change from across the region who continue to go above and beyond for their community and welcome everyone to the sport they love. Launched nationally on Tuesday 24 May.

Last year the Ku-Ring-Gai Netball Association ‘Allstars’ team from NSW were rewarded for their inclusion of players with intellectual disabilities, while Rusty Hazel from Balga, Western Australia, who took out the individual honours for her support of the local Aboriginal communities through her creation of the Woola Woola Koolangkas Netball Club.

PRIZES FOR 2016 WINNERS

Up to eight winners will be awarded with prize packs, as follows:

Individual winners will receive:

  • An Australia Post Load&Go Visa Prepaid Gift Card  to the value of $500 for personal use
  • An Australia Post Load&Go Gift Card to the value of $1000 for their nominated netball Club or Association.
  • A visit from an Australia Post One Netball Ambassador to their Club or Association.
  • A netball signed by the 2016 Australian Diamonds

Club and Association winners will receive:

  • An Australia Post Load&Go Visa Prepaid Gift Card to the value of $1000 for their netball Club or Association
  • A visit from an Australia Post One Netball Ambassador to their Club or Association
  • A netball signed by the 2016 Australian Diamonds
