Netball NSW is delighted to unveil Winston Hills Mall as a Major Partner of the 2013 Netball NSW State Championships.
The 2013 Netball NSW State Championships is one of the four marquee state-based events for netball in NSW, with over 150 teams set to participate in this year’s Championship.
This year’s State Championships will be held across the June Long Weekend – Saturday June 8 until Monday June 10 (inclusive) – and hosted by both Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association (17/U, 19/U and Opens) and Parramatta Auburn Netball Association (Over 35, Over 40, Over 45).
Netball NSW Chief Executive Carolyn Campbell, said this partnership is a further boost to an already exciting 2013 State Championships.
“Winston Hills Mall has been wonderful supporters of netball in NSW for many years. To have them on board as Major Partner of this year’s Netball NSW State Championships is a further demonstration of their commitment to the Sport,” said Campbell.
“Their relationship with netball has grown from a local level support of clubs and associations; to partnerships with the state’s elite netball team, the NSW Swifts and now this year’s State Championship – making them a leading ally of netball in NSW.”
The State Championships are a marquee affair in the Netball NSW calendar. However, the event would not be possible without the tireless work of volunteers, whether they are working directly on the event or connected with participating teams and associations.
“Netball NSW and Winston Hills Mall have a shared appreciation of volunteers and the vital role they play. This is why Winston Hills Mall will focus part of their partnership with the Netball NSW State Championships to thank and acknowledge the contribution of volunteers within the Sport,” Carolyn Campbell concluded.
Frazer Dowling, Winston Hills Mall Centre Manager said, “Winston Hills Mall is proud to be associated with this event, it links in with the support we give to over 40 local netball clubs and the NSW Swifts. We wish all the teams the best of luck and especially thank the volunteers that make these events run so smoothly”.
