Netball fans in New South Wales will have another fantastic opportunity to watch their favourite players shine on the international stage with the launch of a new International Netball Super Series announced.

The SANZEA (South Africa, New Zealand, England and Australia) partnership is great news for international netball and gives fans another opportunity to see netball played at the highest standard.

Featuring four of international Netball’s strongest nations, the inaugural event will be hosted by New Zealand and Australia in August 2016.

Auckland’s Vector Arena will come alive as fans are treated to a blockbuster double-header to launch the International Netball Super Series on Saturday, 27 August. All four teams will be in action, with the Diamonds playing South Africa’s SPAR Proteas, before the Silver Ferns face the England Roses. Fans can expect double the entertainment and excitement.

The second round will played in Hamilton, New Zealand and in Australia on August 31 – where the Silver Ferns will face the SPAR Proteas in New Zealand and the Diamonds will play the England Roses in Australia (venues TBC).

A double-header in Australia on Sunday, 4 September will provide a fitting finale for the International Netball Super Series. Fans will once again be treated to double on-court action, with England to play the SPAR Proteas, before the world’s two best teams – Australian Diamonds and Silver Ferns – take the court.

Tickets for the inaugural International Netball Super Series will go on sale in the coming months, with Netball New Zealand and Netball Australia to release details when confirmed.
