The 2016 Netball NSW Biennial Conference will be held on the weekend of 20 & 21 February at the home of Netball in NSW, Netball Central. The address is 2 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
The Netball NSW Biennial Conference has been designed to cater for all levels of netball coaches, umpires, officials, administrators and supporters. The schedule allows for a variety of education streams, areas of interest and involvement.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ALL ABOUT?
Held every two years, the Netball NSW Biennial Conference is all about education, learning and development opportunities for members of our netball family who wish to develop their skills, network and up-skill themselves for the season ahead. This will be the sixth event of its kind and numbers have continued to grow since the first conference was hosted in 2006.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
The total cost for an individual registration is $328.90 (incl. GST). This includes registration for two days, admission to the 2016 NSW Swifts Season Launch and Family Fun Day, parking (in P3) and a participation pack.
Delegates will also be provided with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days.
WHEN AM I ABLE TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Registrations will be open from Wednesday 4 November 2015. Delegates must register before 5pm (AEDST), Friday 5 February 2016.
HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Delegates can register for the Conference through an online booking system which is located on the Netball NSW website. Please note before submitting your registration, you must refer to the Conference Agenda for workshop times.
Delegates may only select one workshop per timeslot.
DO I NEED TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT?
No, you do not require tickets to attend the Netball NSW Biennial Conference. For online registrations, when text refers to the word “ticket”, it is merely a standard of the website. Delegates will however be required to show their registration pass at all times, which can be collected upon arrival on Day 1. Registration passes will be checked by security each day of the Conference.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY REGISTRATION PASS TO BOTH DAYS OF THE CONFERENCE?
Yes you will require your registration pass for the entirety of the Conference. Please be aware that anybody without a registration pass will not be permitted to attend. All Delegates will receive these when registering on Day 1.
HOW CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE DELEGATES AT THE ONE TIME?
Through the online registration portal you are able to register as many Delegates you would like, all at the same time. Simply enter the number of delegates you wish to register in the ‘pay by credit card’ or ‘pay by invoice’ section.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY REGISTRATION?
Delegates can make payment via ‘Pay by credit card’ or by selecting ‘Pay by Invoice’. Individual registrations will need to make payment with a credit card unless you have prior permission from your Association to be invoiced. Netball NSW will follow up all invoice requests with each Association.
Please note – Registrations will not be finalised by Netball NSW until the invoice has been paid.
WHY DO ‘PAY BY INVOICE’ PAYMENTS REFER TO DISCOUNTS WHEN I REGISTER ONLINE?
Your invoice payment will appear as a discount on the Shopping Cart page. This is simply a feature of the website to facilitate your Association ‘Pay by Invoice’ request. Your Association will be invoiced the relevant amount per Delegate.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY?
Within Sydney Olympic Park there are a range of accommodation options, with Conference 2016 Delegates able to access a 10% discount on a number of establishments. Please click on the link for further information.
All of these hotels are within 15 minutes walking distance to and from Netball Central.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?
The closest car park to Netball Central is in P3. View the map Parking will be included in each Delegate’s registration fee however you must park in P3 in order to receive your parking pass.
