As the school holidays draw to a close, some lucky youngsters are spending their last days of freedom having fun and getting active with friends at the Netball NSW School Holiday Clinics.
Twenty students gathered at Leeton Netball Association this morning for one of the clinics, run by Netball NSW Regional Coordinator – Riverina and South Coast, Nicole Bowles, assisted by representative players from the Leeton 15U team.
With a growing interest in netball in the Leeton area, coaches will also have the opportunity to get involved… following the clinic is a workshop for coaches – the Dare to Develop a Diamond Workshop – which focuses on the development of 11-13 year-old netballers.
School Holiday Clinics were also conducted in Wollondilly and Bathurst in January, and the final clinic before everyone goes ‘Back to School’ is at the Anne Clark Centre on Friday.
You can join in the fun in the next school holidays with 12 clinics planned throughout NSW in April!
