Excitement is building in the netball community with the 2014 Netball NSW Biennial Conference THIS WEEKEND, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 February, at Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre.
The fifth event of its kind, the 2014 Biennial Conference will cater to all netball enthusiasts – from coaches to umpires, administrators to supporters – all looking to learn something new and further develop their skills.
Since the first Conference was conducted in 2006, the popularity of this event has grown with record numbers attending in 2012; and this year is set to be even bigger!
From practical coaching sessions with the NSW Swifts to an ANZ NetSetGO demonstration, umpires learning how to utilise video analysis to learning the ins and outs of the upcoming 2015 Netball World Cup; there really is something for everyone to enjoy.
The agenda is jam-packed full of educational, insightful and interactive sessions and workshops covering all aspects of netball. The 28 sessions cover an array of streams including coaching, umpiring, management and participation. Delegates can tailor their Conference experience to their areas of interest.

Day Two of the Biennial Conference also coincides with the NSW Swifts FAN DAY, with activities from 12noon including the Swifts Styling Station, Taronga’s Zoomobile , ANZ NetSetGO activity centre, Bosco Bear Chocolate Wheel, face painting, meet and greet with the NSW Swifts, plus much more!
FAN DAY is being held at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre and will conclude with an NSW Swifts Exhibition Match at 3:30pm – so make sure you get in quick to see your favourite team in action ahead of their opening match of the 2014 ANZ Championship on Sunday 2 March.

Parking at Sydney Olympic Park
For those planning to drive to the 2014 Netball NSW Biennial Conference / NSW Swifts FAN DAY, casual parking tickets can be purchased on the day. P3 is the parking station nearest to the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre. There is another major event scheduled in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct on Sunday, therefore, we encourage all attendees to allow some extra time for arrival and departure.
