Monday nights at Netball Central see teams from Divisions 3 and 4 of the DOOLEYS Metro League take to the courts, and the competition has been intense so far this season.
Three rounds of action so far sees Bankstown City and Ku-ring-gai setting the pace on top of Division 3, both on six points after three wins each. They are closely followed by Camden and Blue Mountains.
Interestingly, the top four teams provide the pick of the games for round 4 action with Bankstown City to play Camden at 7:00pm on Court 2, while Ku-ring-gai will take on Blue Mountains at the same time on Court 3.
At the other end of the table, Blacktown City and City of Sydney will both be hoping to register their first wins of the competition when they play Campbelltown and Parramatta Auburn respectively. Penrith and Central Coast are the other Division 3 encounter, with both sides looking to stay in touch with the leading pack and securing the two points.
In Division 4, St George District are leading the way after three wins from three games, however, there is a large chasing pack behind them, all of whom have won two from three. Separated only on points differential, they are; Liverpool City, Randwick, Northern Suburbs, Central Coast and Baulkham Hills Shire.
Round 4 games will feature a top versus bottom table clash when St George take on City of Sydney,while Randwick and Liverpool City, and Baulkham Hills and Central Coast, will face off to stay in touch with the pacesetters on the ladder.
Sutherland Shire will try to pick up their first win of the season when they meet Eastwood Ryde, while Manly Warringah will try to join the leading pack with a win over Northern Suburbs.
