Back for the third consecutive year, Netball NSW’s popular ‘Train Like a NSW Swift’ clinics will be held across three days in both the January and April School Holidays.
The Train Like a Swift clinics are unique in that budding netballers can learn from some of the best in the business; our NSW Swifts athletes and support staff, including Head Coach Rob Wright.
Our previous clinics have proved popular, with many returning the second time round to work on more skills; hether it’s learning some shooting tips from Caitlin Thwaites, how to best one-on-one defend with Sharni Layton, or testing agility with the NSWIS Strength & Conditioning team.
All the clinics will be held at Netball Central from 9am to 3pm and are strictly for girls aged 12-16 years old, with places limited to 50 participants per day – so make sure you lock down these dates so you don’t miss out! Come for one clinic, or join in the fun for all three days; the choice is yours!
Online registrations open next Friday 20 November for the January clinics, with each clinic $100 per participant per day. A registration date for the April clinics will be advised closer to the date.
Join the NSW Swifts for three days of fun activities, all the while learning new skills to help grow your netball game.
