FAQs

The After School Clinic is targeted at Primary School students, however if students in Year 7 or Year 8 are interested we are more than happy to accommodate.
Participants do not need to have prior knowledge of experience of Netball, as the program is tailored to suit students of all levels of experience and ability.

To run a successful program, a minimum of 15 participants would be required to register. This will allow participants to build towards playing a game of positional Netball in the final session.

The After School Clinic costs $60 per participant for 5 weeks. More weeks can be added if required - this can be discussed with the Regional Manager prior to the clinic commencing.

All After School Clinics will be run on schools grounds, either on the schools Netball/Basketball court or on the school oval or COLA

Sessions will run for 45 minutes to an hour, with start times being 10 to 15 minutes after school finishes to allow students enough time to change clothes or have a small snack before the session begins.

Schools will need to register their interest for an After School Clinic with Netball NSW via email to schools@netballnsw.com. Once all program details are confirmed, schools will be provided with a link to PlayHQ, where each participant will need to register and pay. All participants must be registered and completed payment prior to the first session.

A teacher will be required to be present for the start of the program to ensure that registered students are present, and at the end of the program to ensure students are safely picked up. Teachers will not be required to be present for the duration of the program, however a contact will be required in case of emergency.
