These awards recognise individuals and organisations who have made a significant impact within the netball community, celebrating their dedication, achievements, and contribution to the sport.

Anne Clark BEM Service Award

This award is provided to individuals in recognition of their significant contribution to the development of netball at an Association level. Any registered member of an affiliated Association will be eligible to receive the Award provided that the nominated member has given at least ten (10) years outstanding service to netball and will be given as recognition of an individual at an Association level.

The Margaret Corbett OAM Coaches Award - Coach of the Year

Margaret Corbett OAM was an icon in the coaching arena of netball. Margaret served Netball NSW for many years in the area of coaching. This award is provided in recognition of a coach who displays excellence in coaching within competitions conducted by Netball NSW.

The Dot McHugh - Administrator of the Year

The Dot McHugh OAM award recognises an individual who has displayed outstanding leadership in the management and / or administration of netball within their Association and/or club.

The Community Excellence Award

The Community Excellence Award recognises NetSetGO Centres, clubs, and associations that demonstrate excellence by fostering growth, innovation, inclusion, and sustainability in their netball environment.

Judy Dunbar Media Awards

These awards are provided in recognition of an individual or media outlet that has demonstrated an outstanding media contribution to the sport of netball in the relevant category, within a given year.

Hall of Fame

The Netball NSW Hall of Fame recognises outstanding individuals who have shown dedication, commitment and made a significant contribution to netball in the state of NSW over a considerable period of time.

Heritage List

The Netball NSW Heritage List recognises items or objects, events or groups of people that are of historical significance to the organisation.

Life Members

Life Membership is the highest Award available to recognise the exceptional contribution of individuals to Netball NSW.

Waratah Service Award

The awarding of the Netball NSW Waratah Service Award is in recognition of an individuals’ distinguished service to Netball NSW in the capacity of an organisational or operational volunteer.
