Fast5 Netball is not your typical netball. It's your way to play netball with the dial cranked right up. While there are some similarities to the traditional form, Fast5 is new, it’s dynamic and has the rules to match.
Each team has only five players on the court. There are different scoring zones, rolling subs, and the quarters are shorter. Players can even double and triple their points with Power Plays and Super Shots. It’s fast, tactical, and a lot of fun.
With 6 minute quarters, 5 players a side, rolling subs, the pace and speed of the game is fast and intense. There are Power Plays, so it’s your choice to play safe or take risks for the big points!
