The following questions are to be answered from a committee perspective (not you as an individual). The responses will be used as a temperature check for Netball NSW to monitor the success of our project. We ask that you answer the questions honestly, thinking about the Club/Association you indicate in this registration. There are no wrong answers and it is ok if you rate your Association/Club on the lower side of the scale. Your answers will remain confidential - if we share your responses your name will not be used. There will be lots of learning to come throughout this project no matter where you are starting from.
