Netball NSW launched the All Abilities Carnival in 2019 as a way to give students from non-traditional backgrounds, the chance to still be active and to try netball in a safe and supportive environment.
The Netball NSW Schools Cup All Abilities Division is a state-wide event for primary and secondary students in years 5 to 12 with physical, intellectual and sensory disabilities. The event, which is open to male and female students from Public, Private and Independent school systems allows students the opportunity to play netball in a fun, friendly and inclusive environment. Netball NSW is currently monitoring the health environment and is hopeful to bring the All Abilities Schools Cup back in 2021!
Local days will run in all eight regions around NSW, where students will have the opportunity to participate in a combination of skills, activities and game play. Fully accredited Netball NSW Development Officers will provide options to suit students of all abilities ensuring an inclusive, enjoyable day of netball for all who attend!
Netball NSW welcomes both team and individual registrations, ensuring everyone can be involved. Individual Registration: $6.00 per student Team Registration: $30.00 per team (up to 10 participants per team) The individual costs will be capped at $30.
