Back by Popular Demand – Train Like A Swift Returns This July!

We’re excited to announce that our much-loved Train Like A Swift program is back these school holidays!

Tailored especially for netballers aged 11–17 with 2+ years of playing experience, this full-day intensive offers a unique opportunity to take your game to the next level.

Under the guidance of Netball NSW-accredited coaches, participants will refine their skills with focused, specialist coaching and gain valuable insights into high performance areas such as fitness, game sense, and nutrition—all capped off with some match play to put learning into action.

2025 NSW Swifts Members enjoy a special discounted rate of $110 and receive 48-hour priority booking access before places open to the general public.
