We know getting their participant pack in the mail is a big moment for our little NetSetGO'ers. If you are yet to receive your pack but feel you should have please get in touch with Netball Australia via netsetgo@netball.com.au

The pack will take between 3-10 business days to arrive at the participants nominated address. Should the order contain a personalised t-shirt please allow an additional 5 business days for processing. Please allow up to 14 business days in the event that the order may be delayed.

Please get in touch with the Netball Australia customer service team if you haven’t received your pack by the estimated delivery date.

If the Woolworths NetSetGO t-shirt doesn't fit, we are happy to exchange it. Participants will need to send their existing t-shirt with an exchange form back to our warehouse in Rowville, Victoria. Participants will need to contact our customer service team who will help exchange the t-shirt for a new size. The cost of returning the existing t-shirt lies with the customer. Any club or association can become an accredited Woolworths NetSetGO Centre by accepting the Terms & Conditions, get in touch to find out how netsetgo@netballnsw.com

Woolworths NetSetGO programs can be run anytime throughout the year! We recommend running the program alongside existing junior netball competitions or school terms.
A Woolworths NetSetGO program must go for a minimum of 8 weeks.
