Congratulations Kelly Constable from Musswellbrook Netball Association.
Every month Clubs, Associations and members are asked to nominate a volunteer who has displayed one or more of Netball NSW’s values and behaviours and through this, created an exceptional experience for another member or members.
Nominated by Ian Richards, Kelly is a long time volunteer who takes full accountability for all her roles, often stepping up outside them when something out of the ordinary comes up that needs to be done.
"Kelly’s in-person interactions and written communications are always welcoming, fair, informative, thorough, and concise. They typically include an element of fun, especially when directed to young members." said Ian "In all her roles and through all her activities Kelly creates an exceptional experience for everyone. Kelly does an outstanding job of bringing together the skills she uses in her professional life, her experience as a parent, and her likeable personal character traits to make all people associated with Muswellbrook Netball Association feel included, respected and valued."
Congratulations to Kelly and Ian who will both be receiving a Valour Gift Card valued at $250 and $100 respectively.
