Ulladulla District Netball Association (UDNA) have won this year’s Netball NSW Woolworths NetSetGO Centre of the Year Award.
The award recognises a Centre who delivers the best Woolworths NetSetGO Experience for their participants and brings the Woolworths NetSetGO values to life across their programs!
Ulladulla have doubled their participation numbers in the last 12 months with all players being taught skills in a supportive and positive environment and of course having fun! Every game there is free fresh fruit from Woolworths for both the players and their families along with BBQ and canteen facilities.
UDNA have also organised free development coaching sessions throughout the season and fundraiser events that have brought the local community together.
“Netball is about giving players the opportunity to have netball as a part of their life and sport to enrich their health” says Courtney Flint (UDNA Association President) “Parents are included and encouraged to become involved at their level of comfort. UDNA Netball has quickly become a way to bring community together, especially after the 2020 bushfires and COVID, where many in our community were left isolated and disconnected.”
Congratulations to Ulladulla Woolworths NetSetGO Centre who have won a prize pack valued at $500 and a $200 Woolworths voucher. Thank you to Woolworths for their ongoing support of our Woolworths NetSetGO initiatives.
