As part of Netball NSW Premier League’s 10-year anniversary celebrations, a special fan-driven campaign was launched to crown the Premier League Team of the Decade.
The team recognises the athletes and coach who have left their mark on the competition since its inception.
Fans across the Netball NSW and Premier League social channels were invited to vote for their top players in each position, along with the standout coach from the past decade. The response was overwhelming, with more than 7,000 votes cast in total, a testament to the passion and pride the netball community holds for the Premier League.
Now, the results are in! We’re proud to unveil your Premier League Team of the Decade:
- Goal Shooter (GS): Ali Miller – North Shore United / ERNA Hawks
A dominant presence under the post, Miller was instrumental in NSU’s 2019 Premiership campaign. Fellow nominee Lauren Woods (NSU) also featured strongly in voting, highlighting the club’s legacy of shooting talent.
- Goal Attack (GA): Emily Moore – North Shore United
One of the closest battles of the campaign, Moore claimed the position with 41% of the 999 votes, narrowly edging out Manly Warringah Sapphires’ Kiara Bloor, who finished with 38%—a margin of just 3%.
- Wing Attack (WA): Jess Conlan – ERNA Hawks
The WA position drew the most interest of any category, with a total of 1,237 votes cast. Conlan emerged as the fans' choice, edging out strong competition including Manly’s Audrey Little
- Centre (C): Lili Gorman-Brown – Sutherland Stingrays
Known for her speed and composure, Gorman-Brown proved to be a clear fan favourite in the centre position, with North Shore United’s Eliza Burton also receiving strong support.
- Wing Defence (WD): Amy Parmenter – UTS Randwick Sparks / GWS Fury
Parmenter was the most decisive winner across all positions, earning a commanding 61% of all votes cast in her category—a reflection of her elite-level impact and pathway through Premier League to the national stage.
- Goal Defence (GD): Ash Fong – North Shore United
Fong’s selection was a nod to her consistency and tenacity, particularly her performance in the 2025 Grand Final, where she played a key role in NSU’s campaign.
- Goal Keeper (GK): Erin O’Brien – North Shore United
O’Brien’s reliability and strength under the post made her the standout choice at GK. A Premier League stalwart, she has since progressed to the elite level and now represents GIANTS Netball in the Suncorp Super Netball competition.
- Coach of the Decade: Amber Cross – Central Coast Heart
Cross’s leadership and success at Central Coast Heart, including player development and finals campaigns, earned her the nod as the coach who best embodies a decade of excellence.
This fan-voted line-up celebrates some of the most influential figures in Premier League history, players and coaches who have helped shape the league into the elite competition it is today.
Thank you to everyone who voted and joined us in celebrating this incredible milestone!
