Netball NSW Forums are coming to a location near you in 2021! All about moving netball into the next phase after COVID-19, Forums will be held in Dubbo, Wagga Wagga, Port Macquarie, Armidale and Sydney Olympic Park.
Sessions will provide further insight on:
- How to build leadership and mentoring skills
- Creating positive team culture
- Diving deeper into the Athlete pathway and Netball NSW development philosophy
- Parents - how to set expectation and strengthen relationships
- Understanding what the data tells us about netball participation
- Preparing Associations for 2021 and beyond
Hear from a number of key note speakers and panel members, plus delve into deeper conversations with breakout groups for administrators, umpires and coaches.
Keynote Address - Alex Blackwell
Alex Blackwell is Australia’s most capped women’s international cricketer, having represented Australia on 251 occasions in all formats of the game. She is a multiple World Cup winner and former Australian captain. Alex will share her learnings from a 15 year career in international women’s sport on mastery, mentoring and creating environments for people to thrive in.
Q&A with our SSN Leaders
Each forum will be joined – via technology – with a leader from either the NSW Swifts or GIANTS Netball for a 30 minute Q&A session.
The day includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea plus a conference gift pack.
At the completion of the forum, the drinks are on us as we welcome you to continue the conversation with a networking opportunity. Stay for a drink and continue to share your learnings with colleagues from around the region.
