Ronda Kimble OAM (Parramatta Auburn Netball Association) was also honoured with the Distinguished Long Service Award, presented to those that have given exceptional service to their sport for over 25 years.
Darren Simpson, Executive General Manager of Community & Pathways at Netball NSW, congratulated all three on behalf of of the organisation.
"It is very pleasing to see netball well represented in the state-wide recognition of grassroots sport," he said.
"Netball has a huge community base that is part of everyday life all over the state and without our volunteers it could not succeed like it does.
"We constantly see many members of our umpiring and coaching community look to further their education and people like Zoe Turner are the epitome of this drive to succeed.
"At Associations all over the state people like Joy and Ronda continue to do huge amounts of work to ensure netball is very well placed to succeed. Were it not for this volunteer workforce, and their years of experience and dedication, netball could have faced a much more uncertain future when the COVID19 Pandemic hit.
"With the netball season starting to wrap up for 2020 this is a very nice tribute to the game and one all members of our community can be proud of."
