Regional League is taking place this weekend 23 – 24 March across 7 different venues throughout NSW.
The team from Coolamon Netball Association, from the Riverina Region, are looking forward to competing at the Wagga Equex Centre and see it as a great opportunity for the players to compete at a high standard in their own backyard without the excessive travel to larger metropolitan areas.
Representative co-ordinator Maree Kelly is keen to play against the Riverina teams to continue to push their boundaries as a team. The team came together through their love of netball, with players and coaches coming from far and wide.
“We see the Regional League as an important step in growing as a team and as an association, and are keen to play against the Riverina teams to continue to push our boundaries as a team.” says Maree
“Our team goals are to have fun (if we are not having fun, we are doing it wrong!) and we hope to build on their communication and developing on court relationships’’
