Anita Keelan, Nardia Macdonald and Jennifer Wright are three of NSW’s most experienced coaches. Each of these coaches have recently been filmed by Cluch TV in action coaching a full training session.
These recorded sessions are now available for purchase and are an invaluable coaching tool for coaches of all levels. Each recorded session comes with notes written to support you as you watch. Once purchased the recordings are yours to watch in the comfort of your home again and again.
Keelan, Assistant Coach of the NSW Swifts in their 2019 Premiership success, takes the Regional Emerging Team through their paces. Her focus is on the front cut she but never misses a chance to correct the basics of the game and masterfully catches athletes doing the right thing.
Macdonald, a Premiership winner with the Swifts as a player, is in action with the Metro Emerging Talent team. She really brings her personality to the court coaching with passion as she focuses on first ball contest, hands over and denial of players progression down the court.
Wright, a Premier League-winning coach, works with the Northern Suburbs 15’s Development team. The session focus is on prelims before receiving the ball. She balances beautifully setting a high expectation for the intensity of the session and motivating her athletes with positive feedback.
