If you’re a netballer turning 14-16 in 2021 who dreams of progressing on the NSW pathway, resides in the Sydney Metropolitan area and enjoys a challenge then put these dates for the Sydney Netball Academy (SNA) trials in your diary.
Netball NSW administers the SNA program, which is focused on facilitating individual growth in technical skills, netball IQ and fundamental movement patterns as well as introducing athletes and umpires to the benefits of strength and conditioning, psychology, nutrition and recovery.
Registrations for the Sydney Netball Academy will open at 9am on Tuesday, 18 August 2020, and close at 5pm on Tuesday, 22 September.
At the conclusion of the trials, which will be held across two phases on Sunday, 18 October and Sunday,1 November 2020 at Netball Central,
48 athletes will be selected into the SNA program.

There are 12 Academies within NSW. Together, Netball NSW and Regional Academies of Sport (RASi ) create a supportive, challenging and fun culture to introduce athletes, umpires and coaches with identified talent to performance sport.
